No, not the great works of Dickens or Dostoevsky but a convenient collective noun for annual reports, booklets, brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets, magazines and newsletters - all of which we design regularly and with great enthusiasm.
Like advertisements, they should all hold the attention of the reader to the extent that the message they convey is clear, and what they have to say is remembered.
